SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR MT. ELBERT POWERPLANT, LEADVILLE, CO.
The Bureau of Reclamation needs janitorial services at the Mt. Elbert Powerplant, Leadville, CO. Janitorial services will provide cleaning of administrative office areas, control room, mechanic shop office, restrooms, and facility locker room to maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, instructions, and commercial practices. Total approximate square footage is 47,152.
