Based on offers received and availably of funding from this reply, the Ouachita NF may place an award for one or more of these assets. If an award is made, it may be placed off the given offer with no possible further communication. Award will be issued by an Acquisitions Team member through our Integrated Acquisition System, requiring an active SAM account. Vendors providing offers must be active in SAM and register in IPP for payment processing.
