The solicitation number is 75H70723Q00017 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08.
SOLICITATION REFERENCE: In accordance with FAR 15.201 Exchanges with Industry before receipt of proposals, please refer to Solicitation No. 75H70723Q00017 when requesting information regarding the solicitation via email to shannon.eldridge-shorty@ihs.gov. All responsible offertory that respond to this solicitation is due December 16, 2022 at 4:00 pm MDT to email
address, shannon.eldridge-shorty@ihs.gov. Interested offers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond and must be submitted by email.
Any questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered. If you should have any questions, please submit by December 09, 2022 by 2:00 pm. Failure to comply with the below terms and conditions may result in offer being determined as non-responsive.
