This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. Capability Statements and Past Performance Information from all qualified and interested contractors are requested for establishment of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Inspection, Repair, Rehabilitation, and/or New Dam Tainter Gate Gearboxes on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System (MKARNS) and White River High Head Reservoirs.
