Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to update the drawing package and allow for additional time to submit responses.

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), Code 34, has been tasked to deliver the Small Shroud BIT assemblies to support current use of the Small Shroud Assemblies by the Fleet. This requirement is for two (2) Small Shroud BIT Assemblies.
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334511. The applicable size standard is 1,250 employees.

CLIN0002: Quantity of two (2) Antenna Element, Mid Omni in accordance with drawing #06789086

This procurement contains First Article requirements, which may be waived at the discretion of the Government.
This requirement is full and open competition, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-C9. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available at the website.
