Project involves the Expansion of Building 1 for Primary Care. This project reroutes part of the road between the Medical Center and the flood wall. Relocates the flood wall basin and road further away from the building addition to comply with 25-foot stand of requirement in the Physical Security and Resilience design manual. The flood wall will need to remain operational year-round. Foundation work includes providing helical piers to a suitable depth as noted in the contract documents. The addition is basic and provides a 2-story addition with first floor made into a Whole Health clinic space with supporting rooms and the Basement turned into mechanical space and space for EMS (offices, work rooms, lockers, etc.).
