REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: W15QKN-23-Q-0003, Lodging and Meals accommodations within Bluefield, West Virginia
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT AND NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION
The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the 304th Military Police Company has a requirement for lodging-in-kind and meals accommodations within a 25 mile radius Home Station Annual Training in in Bluefield, West Virginia 24701, as identified in this Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes and in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW), dated 18 October 2022.
1. Instructions:
All responses to this RFI are no later than Thursday 27 October 2022 at 10:00 AM EST. In addition to submitting your responses through SAM.gov, contractors may also email the Contract Specialist, Zachary Itzkowitz-Shifrinson, directly at zachary.h.itzkowitz-shifrinson.civ@army.mil. When emailing the Contract Specialist, contractors shall also CC the Contracting Officer for this requirement, Wendella Baptise, wendella.a.baptiste.civ@army.mil.
- For a lodging requirement in Bluefield, West Virginia 24701. The period of performance is from 31 December 2022 through 03 January 2023.
- 70 rooms, consisting of 3 Single occupancy rooms and 67 Double occupancy rooms, are required within the same facility.
