The proposed contract action provides subject matter expertise and services for proactive post fire rehabilitation tasks set forth by the Environmental office at Mountain Home AFB. The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials and supervision necessary to provide vegetation control, perform post-wild land fire site preparation, and maintenance of two-track roads on Mountain Home AFB (MHAFB) Range Complex. The contractor will also assist the USAF with completion of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Pesticide Use Proposal (PUP), as well as complete Natural and Cultural Resources Training and attend Explosive Ordnance Disposal briefings. The contractor shall also identify the herbicides and adjuvants to be used in performance of these tasks. The contract will achieve compliance with State and Federal noxious weed laws, as well as with Air Force Instructions, the Final Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP) for Mountain Home Air Force Base (MHAFB), Small Arms Range (SAR), Saylor Creek Range (SCR), Juniper Butte Range (JBR), and MHAFB Training Range Complex Sites, and the BLM Rights-of-Way Stipulations.
