Provide full food services in support of the Vermont Army National Guard's 124th Regional Training Institute trainees. Performance period is for four 23-day courses conducted between 19 October 2022 and 31 March 2023. The required services include cooking, serving, and cleaning for breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals to be served in the dining facility as well as the preparation of bag lunches for field training exercises. These meals shall resemble the portion, variety, and quality expected at established restaurants. The VTARNG RTI provided menus shall be used as the basis for meal planning.
