The Government requires 18(each) Sedan and 3 (each) Passenger Vans (or equal) with the minimum passenger capacity of five (5) passengers for sedans and minimum capacity of (7) for passenger Vans, with unlimited mileage. All vehicles must be in good, safe operating conditions. All vehicles shall meet national and state safety requirements.

The specific period of perfomace for the rental vehicles are 4 Oct 2022 - 23 Oct 2022

Question: Will the government pick up vehicles from contractor or otherwise specified location surrounding the AFB, or do these vehicles need to be delivered on-site?
Answer:
There is an overflow parking lot next to the visitor center of Eielson AFB (1199 Old Richardson Hwy, Eielson AFB, AK 99702), that we require the KTRs to coordinate initial delivery to.
