This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941022Q0006. It is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-02. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811310. The size standard is 8.0 (millions of dollars). This solicitation is 100% Small Business set aside. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Defense Health Agency (DHA) Western Markets Division requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following: Preventive and corrective service maintenance/ system support for automated guided vehicle and large storage module interface cart as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) for The Naval Medical Center San Diego. The contractor shall provide on-site maintenance service of the eighteen (18) AGVs, forty (40) AGV guide path panels, floor zone and elevator control panels, warning lights, seventy-two (72) Large Storage Module Interface Carts, six (6) Opportunity battery chargers, Remote Destination Panel (RDP) and Master Monitor Panels, Floor Mass Detectors, three (3) Video Monitors, thirty-one (31) fixed surveillance cameras and the System Automation Manager (SAM). The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials and parts to perform all service for the maintenance (preventive and corrective) of the AGVs and Module Interface Carts, hardware and software support for the System Automation Manager (SAM) to assure continued operation at their designed efficiency and capacity.
