This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation.
Solicitation FA5004-22-Q-0053 is a Request for Quote (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07, effective 10 Aug 2022. The DFARS provisions and clauses, effective 26 Aug 2022. The AFFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to AFAC 2022-0701, effective 1 July 2022.
This requirement is solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 333618 with a small business size standard of 1,500 Employees.
The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following:

Pricing should be inputted into the attached Request for Quote SF 1449 document.
Each vendor shall ensure the provision at FAR 52.212-3 including its Alternate I, Vendors Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items (Nov 2017), are updated at www.sam.gov. Failure to obtain SAM registration will result in submissions not being considered for award.
The clause at FAR 52.212-4 is applicable to the solicitation and will be found in the SF 1449.
No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating applies to this acquisition.
NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
