Requirements include sleeping rooms, meeting room accommodations, exhibitor space, and food and beverages to be served on the day of the event. Quotes are due from Interested Parties no later than 3:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST) on Wednesday, Septemeber 21st, 2022.
