Building 1319 Room 314 Alteration - Acoustic Isolation. Selected demolition, sound control door assembly nterior finishes, and modification to interior power distribution; provision of metal stud partitions, sound rated metal doors and frames, and interior finishes; and incidental related work.
Work includes removal of existing doors and selectively demolish finishes; provision of new foam insulation in existing walls, provision of a new acoustical door, provision of new carpet tiles and acoustical ceiling tiles, minor modification to existing ductwork, minor modification of existing electrical utilities, patching of drywall, and painting; and incidental related work.
Onsite contractor supervision will require at least one qualified individual serving the roles of superintendent, quality control manager, and site safety and health officer.
