- Included in the 20 parking spaces are seven large vehicles/trailers:

- 1-20’ trailer
- 1 F-550 10’X20’
- Parking area large enough for a truck with a trailer to turn around.
- 960-1,200 of the total ABOA will be warehouse space:
- Ceiling Height: Minimum 12’.
- Minimum Depth: 30’.
- Three 12’HX10’W Rolling doors.
- The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 1 and other security requirements determined by GSA.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
