DESCRIPTION: The USDA Forest Service requires a roof removal, repair, and replacement for the Moscow Forestry Science Lab for approximately 7,140 sq ft. The work includes, but is not limited to, the Contractor furnishing and providing all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and replace the existing roofing (see drawings for details) of EPDM roofing, including all flashing and damaged insulation, installation of a new TPO roof with new tapered rigid polyisocyanurate insulation, new rigid polyisocyanurate insulation, with new curbs, blocking, and other roof accessories required to complete the roof project.

MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT: The magnitude of this Construction Project (IAW FAR 36.204) is: Between $100,000 and $250,000.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance of this contract is from the effective notice to proceed to begin work through June 30, 2023. Work is expected to begin on or near March 1, 2023.
