The Bureau of Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), is soliciting for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist (MELS) Services in the Dominican Republic as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The Government anticipates awarding a Labor Hour Contract resulting from this solicitation based on the evaluation criteria established in the attached Cover Letter and PWS.
In addition to the proposal for all requirements, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your application.
The Government intends to select ONE contractor for award. The Government anticipates making award without further exchanges; therefore, it is the responsibility of each offer to submit a package that complies with all aspects of this solicitation.
Interested offeror shall email a complete application to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line “Application for RFQ15001230003 MELS Support Services in the Dominican Republic, Attn: BFS/EAP” by Tuesday November 1, 2022, no later than 10:00 AM EST to be considered.
Any packages submitted after the established closing date and time will not be guaranteed consideration.
