SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE

1. Sources Sought: This is NOT a solicitation for proposal, offer, or quote. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding qualified business sources. The responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS). The Government is interested in all potential sources including Small Businesses, Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Businesses & Women-Owned Small Businesses.
2. Requirement:
   1. Background: The mission of the Indian Health Services is to provide laboratory testing services to the local population.
   2. Purpose and Objectives: The purpose of this sources sought is to help determine the interest level amongst businesses that provide Laboratory testing supplies.  
   3. Project Requirements: (1) Certified to supply laboratory supplies such as

      10. Rise Ref Education Use Only
   4.  (2) Sam Registration (3) Technical Capabilities Statement (3) Past Performance.  
   5. Potential sources shall be capable of providing laboratory testing supplies in accordance with industry standards for such services/supplies.
