responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation.
Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be
made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the
right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the
Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse
an Offeror for any costs.
52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
If and when funds become available by September 30th 2022, 434th Contracting Office intends to make the award to the vendor with terms most advantageous to the Government.
