The combined synopsis/solicitation number is PAN413-22-P-0000 001315R and is issue as a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) service contract for the Portable Latrines and Hand Wash Stations Rental & Services at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The period of performance shall be for one base year and two option years. FAR clause 52.217-8 will be added to the contract and exercise as needed.
SITE VISIT: No site visit will be conducted for this requirement.

SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS: Proposals shall be submitted electronically and no other method of proposal submission will be accepted. Proposals shall be electronically submitted and received no later than Friday, September 12, 2022 at 1:00 PM (AKST).
