This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the
format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued. This Combined Synopsis and Solicitation will be open for less than
30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N66604-22-Q-0413. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted under the applicable North American Industry
Classification System (NAICS) Code 334111, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The Naval
Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport Small Business Administration Procurement Center
concurs with this determination. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase Concurrent Real-Time Afterbody iHawk System, P/N HQR74-2R31C-2JE60; two (2) each and Concurrent Real-Time Digital Injection (DI) iHawk System, P/N HQR74-2R31C-2KE60; two (2) each as listed in attached system requirements (enclosure (1)) on a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source basis from Concurrent Real-Time Inc. (see attached Justification and Approval (enclosure (2)). Concurrent Real-Time Inc. is the only known source and is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
