Procure, install and integrate updates to hardware and software comprising the Cimplicity HMI system used to monitor and control the Power Plant at Cavalier Space Force Station, North Dakota. This effort includes the purchase of computer hardware to replace Dell computers purchased in 2010, which are no longer supportable. Effort also includes, but are not limited to, updates to Cimplicity HMI, PAC Machine Edition, Windows server and Windows 7 software packages, all of which are multiple revisions behind in required updates. Effort includes labor to support programming and software editing necessary to integrate said software with the power plant's electro-mechanical systems.
