This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
This acquisition is set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 334210, the Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is 1,250 employees.
This Request for Proposal is for:
- ATCALS equipment (See CLIN’s), this is a brand name requirement for items manufactured by TC Communications, INC.
- List of Materials- miscellaneous hardware and supplies (See attached spreadsheet), these items are open market.
- TC Communications, INC (3) days of onsite training for (5) people.
ATCALS equipment description: Channel Bank interface equipment and training for the 434th Communications Squadron. This equipment connects the Base ATCALS- Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems with GATR- Ground-to-Air Transmit & Receive bldg., ATCT- Air Traffic Control Tower and the DCO- Dial Central Office. This is a brand name requirement for items manufactured by TC Communications, INC.

Prospective offerors must include their pricing for each item, any proposal that does not list pricing for each item will be deemed unresponsive and will not be considered.
Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer listed NLT 2 September 2022. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered. Proposals in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POCs and Contracting Officer listed above no later than the established
deadline. Offerors are encouraged to submit proposals prior to the due date.
Quotes must be valid through 30 September 2022.
All pricing info must be submitted for each CLIN.
FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
