Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, qualified personnel, labor, transportation, tools, equipment, taxes, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, certifications, safety data sheets, and services required to remove and properly dispose of existing fiber optic cable and or phone cabling to Building (Bldg.) 5-10, 29, 34, and 37 to include but not limited to underground and above ground conduit, communication lines, and associated components; to install fiber optic cabling underground and directly from Bldg. 1 Main Hospital for fire alarm and Information Technology (IT) to include but not limited to conduit, duct bank, fiber optic cable, and associated components identified in the Statement of Work. Contractor shall comply with all State of Arkansas, federal, and local requirements to include but not limited to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). All workmanship shall comply with all applicable codes, specifications, local ordinances, and be in general accordance with industry standards.
