The scope of this project is to renovate Building 41 on 1st floor Room 127 B, 2nd floor Rooms 211, 212, 214, 215 and 3rd floor Room 355 for Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC Crane), JXY. Project consists of removal and disposal of asbestos containing material, patch and paint walls, remove and replace carpets and cove base, remove vinyl tile floor, scarify existing floor, apply new epoxy flooring, disconnect NMCI, RDT&E, phone and electrical from all existing cubicles, add new power panel, circuits and power drops, power poles connections, install new NMCI / RDT&E drops, new phone drops, build new enclosed telecommunication room, new breakroom and HVAC modifications. These renovations are required to improve the workspace area and building conditions.
