The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking contractor for the East Lynn Lake Access Road Paving East Lynn, WV.
The work shall consist of paving East Fork Recreation Area Access Road at East Lynn Lake and Dam. Work shall include repair of the access road, 17 sites (totaling 3,786-feet), 10 intersections, and 22 culvert crossings along the 3.7-mile long access road. The repairs include full depth repair, pothole repair, surface treatments, and shoulder and ditch work. Contractor must provide all work, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and administration as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications, and as necessary to completely perform the work as described.
This invitation for bid is for Full and Open Competition. In accordance w ith Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation.
