Furnishing Management Service
The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to operate the base Furnishings Management Section and maintain government property in support of Dover AFB. FMS is a function under the Military Housing Office (MHO) and is the base focal point for furnishings support. Functional areas of responsibility include financial management, warehouse management, accountability for appliances, and furnishings for unaccompanied housing; buildings 401, 402, 414, 430, 435, 445 and the Installation Commander’s home located in privatized housing.
Base Year: 30 September 2022 - 29 September 2023
Option Year 1: 30 September 2023 - 29 September 2024
Option Year 2: 30 September 2024 - 29 September 2025
6 Month Extension: 30 September 2025 - 30 March 2026
Amendment 1:
The offeror shall submit their proposal via email by 9 September 2022, 12:00 p.m. EST to both Government Points of Contact (POCs) listed below in order to be considered. Proposal is on an all or none basis and must be valid for 90 days. All questions must be submitted by 22 August 2022 at 12:00 p.m. EST.

Attachment 1: Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been updated to Revision 1, PWS, dated 24 Aug 2022.
Part II, TECHNICAL PROPOSAL: b. Sub-Factor Two - Experience: Contractor shall submit a resume for each employee, verifying and detailing that they are qualified and have at least one year minimum experience in furnishings management. A resume will be deemed acceptable if the skills and work performed was within the scope of this requirement.
