A . No, only a payment bond will be required after award.
Does the solicitation require a “to be completed Not Later Than” date? Lead times on windows will likely put this into Nov-Dec or later. Is installation by 30 Apr 23 acceptable?
A. The Period of Performance is 30 days from issueance of Notice to Proceed. Weather and material delays will be taken into concideration and more time will be given if needed.
What is the O&M information on the B3129 CC section doors? Would you be able to provide cut sheets of exact style and finish?

Is modifying the existing doors allowable? I.e.: are we allowed to cut the openings and install new window in lieu of replacing the slabs.
A. Yes, modification of existing doors is acceptable so long as there is a clean profession finish to the product.
Contractor will furnish all labor, supplies, parts, transportation, tools, equipment, and facilities necessary to perform work required to restore operations in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). See Combo with Attachments.
In accordance with AFARS 5132.702(a)(ii)(B), “Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.”
