Contractor shall shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, administrative, technical, and managerial expertise and efforts necessary to accomplish the proper collection/shipment of requested samples and analytical review. Sampling and analysis must be performed in compliance with EPA requirements on an "recurring and as needed basis" in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS)
