1. Are there any pictures of the site?
- There are no pictures provided by the Government.
2. How much anticipated accumulative amount of waste that will be produced?
- The amount of waste would depend on the method of cleaning used.
3. Are there any preferred vendors of hazardous waste transportation that may
have worked with the base past?
- The Government has no preferred vendors for this effort.
4 Where is the designated staging area?
- If needed a staging area will be provided nearest the building.
5 Is the ventilation system included within facility cleaning?
- Areas to be cleaned are outlined in the PWS provided.
6 Is the contractor allowed to utilize the rear door for daily access?
- Yes the rear doors can be utilized business hours are 0600-1530.
7 Will water be accessible during the cleaning process?
- There is one hose spicket located in the area and utility sink. The contractor may use.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to perform Hazardous Cleaning Services, as defined in this PWS. Work required includes cleaning of Corrosion Facility common area and blasting cabinet room. Remove blasting dust and debris from walls, floors, and other areas as specified in this PWS. Hazardous hexavalent chromium dust may be in the material and debris requiring cleaning and removal. Requirement is for a one-time cleaning. See Combo with Attachments.
