Box Truck only, no operator is required. Operating milage cost will be included within the quote. Vehicle will be of maximum fuel efficiency.
West Virginia National Guard may perform operator level routine maintenance, this may include routine inspections, maintenance of fuel and oil levels, grease, cooling system, water, batteries, and cleaning in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. All other maintenance or repairs will be performed by the vendor and cost should be included for such services within the rental cost. Due to the nature of our business, we require a 24 hour turn around in response time and/or replacement of down vehicle. Tire replacement, belts, hoses, and hydraulics are some main replacement items. The vendor will have direct communication with the service’s COR who will oversee the execution of the terms of the contract.
