This Solicitation is a Request for Quote, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures, for a firm fixed priced construction purchase order.
The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to The contractor shall provide all professional services necessary to remove the existing generator and pad, build a new pad, place new, government supplied, generator on the pad, and hook up to the electrical system at the USDA, ARS, Stuttgart National Aquaculture Research Center (SNARC), 2955 AR-130, Stuttgart, AR 72160 and provide a detailed quote and cost breakdown for the project. Preparation for this work will involve dialog with site personnel to determine the specific requirements. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings, and specifications contained in the solicitation documents.
A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 9:30 a. m. at SNARC in the Large Conference Room located at
2955 Highway 130 E, Stuttgart, AR 72160.

All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to jessica.pacheco@usda.gov by COB, Monday, August 8, 2022. Questions that are not submitted in writing or that are not submitted by the deadline, may not receive a response. Questions/answers discussed at the site visit will not be binding on the resultant contract unless submitted in writing and incorporated into the solicitation by amendment.
