Construct a temperature-controlled Office Module using selected Government-furnished shell components. Office will serve as a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Office enabling use of temperature-sensitive calibrated instruments.
Project includes demolition of existing steel cage and construction of a temperature-controlled office workspace. Government will furnish and Contractor will install walls; door and window assemblies; and steel decking ceiling with suspended acoustical ceiling system. Contractor will provide flooring system (to include leveling and moisture mitigation); carpentry trim; electrical; lighting; heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment (HVAC); and extend and connect to existing fire alarm and suppression system.
Onsite Contractor supervision will require at least one qualified individual who may serve concurrently in the role of superintendent, quality control manager, and site safety and health officer.
Per FAR 36.204 - Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the estimated price is between $100,000 and $250,000. Payment bond, performance bond, and insurance will be required.
This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 236220. The Small Business Size Standard is $39,500,000.00.

Drawing set and manufacturer shop drawings of modular office components is controlled unclassified information (CUI) and may be requested via controlled access in SAM.gov. Offerors must indicate their unexpired Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code to request and be approved to receive the controlled information.
