1. Can equipment be kept on site in trailers during the project? - Yes equipment can be kept on site when coordinated with our CE Squadron.
2. Will crew have access to facilities, or should portable restrooms be brought to site? - Building 2803 Restrooms may be utilized during the duration of the project.
3. Can a roll off dumpster service be utilized on site? - A roll off dumpster service can be utilized on site. Coordination must be done through our CE Squadron.

The Delaware Air National Guard (DEANG) has a requirement for the installation of Exterior Lighting. The Contractor shall furnish all design, plant, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, appliances, transportation, and perform all work (including work of an incidental nature) for the intended work on DEANG. The Contractor shall complete the work in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.
IAW FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.

This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $16.5M.
A pre-proposal site visit is planned and will be held on 10 August 2022 at 1300 (1pm EST). Prospective bidders who plan to attend the site visit shall submit the Visitor Worksheet to Kelly Hess at kelly.hess@us.af.mil by 1300 on 4 August 2022.

Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will be available prior to the contract award. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. In accordance with AFARS 5132.702 (a)(ii)(A), this requirement is included or provided for in the financial plan for FY22.
