The Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks (VHSO) in Fayetteville, Arkansas, has a requirement titled "Replace Eaves, Soffit, Integral Gutters and Fascia, Multiple Buildings for project number 564-23-100, per issue for construction Drawings and Specifications. This acquisition will be solicited pursuant to the Veterans' First Public Law 109-461 as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). At least 25 percent of the cost of the contract performance incurred for personnel shall be spent on the concern's employees or the employees of other eligible SDVOSB concerns. The Contractor must furnish all management, supervision, labor, material, equipment, tools, supplies, consumables, parts, and related services, in accordance with the SOW, drawings, and specifications to be complete and working to replace all wood fascia, eaves, soffit and copper/aluminum integral gutter system on all year 1934 buildings complying with all VA and State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) requirements for registered historic places.
