Work consists of all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and materials necessary in performing all work required to move existing furniture, appliances, and exercise equipment from Building 978, 30 rooms to Building 367, 57 suites (suite is defined as a living area containing 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 walk-in closets, and a kitchenette) for delivery and setup. It is the intent of these specifications to govern the relocation from Lincoln (B978) to Offutt (B367) in support of the 595C2G at Offutt AFB, NE. Projected move date is to be determined by completion of runway construction at Offutt AFB, NE. Current estimate on completion/projected move date is between 15 Sept 2022 and 15 Nov 2022.
