This is a FFP-EPA commercial supply purchase of fuel for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Alaska Fisheries Science Center (AFSC) Auke Bay Laboratories (ABL) in Juneau, Alaska.

The Government will award a contract(s) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. A lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method will be used.
