This Request for Off er (RFO) is for the Janitorial Services at the Anchorage FSDO (Flight Standards District Office) – Wasilla Satellite Office in Alaska to be completed as required in the Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attached 697DCK-22-R-00094.
This acquisition is set-aside for an 8(a).
The principal North American Industry ClassificationSystem (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is: 561720 - Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $19.5 Million.
The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a base year plus four option years.
No SITE VISITS are scheduled at this time.
Questions or Comments pertaining to this RFO must be submitted in written form via email to Samandeep Sraon, Contracting specialist at Samandeep.ctr.sraon@faa.gov no later than 1700 Pacific Time on Tuesday, 08/02/2022. Questions and responses that clarify the RFO may beprovided to all Off erors; if this information is provided to all Off erors, the source of the questionswill not be identified. 6. Past Experience containing at least three (3) projects of similar nature with Point of Contactinformation for confirmation of completion of work.
Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov on thedate established for receipt of off ers (08/12/2022).
Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), "if the offerer does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror."
