The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469022Q0037, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified and Acquisition Procedures for the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron (28 CES).
The requirement is for 28th Civil Engineering Squadron (28 CES) to provide two Kubota Side x Side Model RTV-Z1100CWL-H or Equal UTVs with specs as described in Salient Characteristic Document. Please refer to Addendum to Clause 52.212-1 within the attached solicitation for further details.
All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation and Salient Characteristics Document. All offerors must maintain an ACTIVE registration on SAM.gov in order to submit a proposal, receive an award, and receive payment.
All offerors must certify compliance with FAR Provision 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Oct 2020) and FAR Clause 52.204-25 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Aug 2020) to be eligible for award. As well as FAR, 52.204-26 Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services-Representation (Oct 2020).
