This project includes replacement of the existing 81-ton, roof-mounted Chiller on Building 120 with a ground-mounted Chiller, including all electrical/mechanical/plumbing piping, controls and wiring required for a complete system as indicated in project drawings and specifications.
This project will include sitework to modify the flightline fence to maintain security between construction area and the flightline. The proposed work will require a sequenced work flow with new chiller construction first, a maximum of 2 week transfer of existing to new, and finally demolition/removal of the existing chiller afterwards.
Included in this work, as detailed in the specifications and drawings, is the preparation and delivery of any redline/ markup drawings by the construction contractor to be submitted to the government. Operation and Maintenance manuals will also be provided to the government by the construction contractor.
