Registered Nursing Services Area-wide contracts
to include all seven (7) Billings Area Service
Units: Crow, Blackfeet, Fort Belknap, Northern
Cheyenne, Fort Peck, Wind River, Little Shell.
Firm Fixed Price, Non-Personal Service Healthcare
Purchase Order for Registered Nurse Services
Contractor shall perform in accordance with the
Performance Work Statement. This is a combined
synopsis/solicitation for commercial items
prepared in accordance with the format in subpart
12.6. This RFP is issued as a 100 percent IndianEconomic Enterprise Small Business Set-Aside
(IEESB).The associate NAICS code is 561320 with a
small business size standard of S30 million. The
quoted "unit price" shall be an all-inclusive
price. All "inclusive unit price" is defined to
include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe
benefits, plus all other costs pertinent to the
performance of this contract. The government
anticipates making multiple awards against this
RFQ. This will be a IDIQ with Base year and Four
Options Years.
