This notice is a Sources Sought Notice for a requirement at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. This notice is being issued to determine interested vendors and to help establish an appropriate set–aside if applicable. Please note that this is NOT a Request For Quotation (RFQ) and submission of your company’s interest may not result in your company being considered for a set–aside or bidders list for the RFQ. This sources sought notice is for market research purposes only. Vendors that are able to provide this material need to provide the following in an e-mail to Emily.bateman@dla.mil.
RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE:
1. Vendor’s name, address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address.
2. Vendor’s Cage Code (SAM).
3. Vendor’s size status (SB, SDVOSB, 8a, HUBZone, WOSB, etc.,).
4. If the vendor is not the actual manufacturer, the actual manufacturer’s name, Cage Code, and size status is required.
5. Statement explaining capabilities, including, but not limited to, specific Model Number, with detailed literature and manufacturers specifications regarding the capabilities of the machine.
Information provided in response to this notice must include sufficient technical information for an evaluation to be conducted, to determine if a source is capable. Responses that do not include technical information may be determined unresponsive and/or not capable.
