Design and Construct a standard design Barracks for 252 soldiers. Primary facilities include living and sleeping quarters, baths, storage, service areas, information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) installation, and Energy MonitoringControl Systems (EMCS) connection. Sustainability and energy enhancement measures are included. Heating will be provided by connection to the existing energy plant and air conditioning w ill be provided by self-contained system. Measures in accordance with the Department of Defense (DoD) Minimum Antiterrorism for Buildings standards w ill be provided.
