This project consists of providing all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to mitigate fire and smoke damage from a recent f ire, abate asbestos containing materials as required for cleanup and reconstruction, and restore all mechanical, electrical, fire alarms, communications, doors, w indow s, and architectural finishes to pre-loss condition, w hile matching adjacent administrative areas to the extent possible of the existing building P-1. All w ork to be completed at the South Portland Air National Guard Station, South Portland, ME 04106 (Cumberland County).
This project is being solicited as a Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classif ication (NAICS) code is 236220, and the Small Business Size Standard is $39.5M in average annual receipts for the previous three years.
Construction magnitude is Between $100,000 and $250,000.
