This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-22-Q-0022 as an RFQ
2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b).
3) CLIN 0001 Yellow Ribbon Support Services 1 Job
4) The following commercial services are summarized below. A detailed description can be located in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
4a) The contractor shall provide services to support YRRP training event that includes lodging, meals, and childcare for the event.
4b) The contractor shall provide one (1) lunch meal (198 meals) on Friday 08 July 2022 and one (1) lunch meal (218 meals) on Saturday 09 July 2022 for a total of two (2) meals. Food and beverage charges are based upon a total 416 servings per meal on Friday and Saturday at or below the per diem rate for meals.
4c) The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies to supervise and care for children ages 0-5.
4d) The contractor shall provide 3 Single Rooms on Wednesday 06 July 2022 for 3 nights, 4 Single Rooms on Thursday 07 July 2022 for 2 nights, 8 Single Rooms on Thursday 07 July 2022 for 1 night, and 5 Single Rooms and 5 Double Rooms on Friday 08 July 2022 for 1 night. This will result in 35 Hotel room night stays.
5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with detailed pricing information. Clauses 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 within attachement 4 must be reviewed and checked.
6) 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition.
7) Quotes are due at 12 PM. local (eastern) time on 05 July 2022. Quotes shall be submitted via email to brian.p.williams52.civ@army.mil.
