The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to operate the base Furnishings Management Section (FMS) and maintain government-furnished property, and shall maintain government property in support of Dover AFB as set forth in this performance work statement. The contractor is responsible for the operation and management of the Furnishings Management Section (FMS) and reports directly to the Housing Element Chief. The contractor must read and follow Air Force Instructions (AFI) 32-6000, Housing Management, dated 18 March 2020. AFIs 32-6000 is included as Attachment 1 to this Performance Work Statement (PWS) for guidance in the management and control of assets for the FMS.
