Clear SFS, located in Anderson, Alaska, has an annual requirement for Fire Department ladders and apparatus fire pumps to be tested in accordance with National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 1932, NFPA 1911 and NFPA 1403. The testing will be for 250 feet of ground ladders, visual inspection of ladders, beams, rungs, halyards for wear and damage, inspect and replace heat sensor stickers as needed, perform all required testing IAW NFPA 1932. Fire Apparatus pumps' testing will be IAW NFPA 1911. All testing results with the service recommendations shall be provided at the end of each inspection and be IAW the Performance Work Statement. This requirement will be for one base year and four option years.
