The facility will be an approximately 20,000 square foot facility that will provide storage for the Fire Emergency’s Services equipment and trailers. The facility includes a minimum of 10 trailer parking stalls, a dedicated foam storage room, a single use ABA compliant restroom, wash bay, and additional utility support spaces.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience with pre-engineered metal buildings
- Demonstrated experience with construction of facilities in remote areas.
- Demonstrated experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) with respect to delivery of a final Record BIM, Facility, and CAD Data files reflecting as-built conditions.
- Demonstrated experience with construction of facilities with drilled pier and grade beam supported foundations.
