The parcel is accessed off the Negrito Creek Road east of Highway 435. The access road to the parcel crosses a section of private land and requires multiple stream crossings. The appraisal must comply with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (2016 edition) and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (current edition).
