This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This is a Request for Quotation and the number is 1240LP22Q0087.
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-6.
(iv) This procurement is set aside for 100% Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 333112 - Lawn and Garden Tractor and Home Lawn and Garden Equipment Manufacturing and the size standard in number of employees is 1,500.

(viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision.
(ix) Basis of Award. (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1)Technical Capability – Product offered meets technical specifications and proposed delivery schedule that is most advantageous to the Government. 2) Price – comparison with IGCE and quotes received.
(x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer.
(xi) Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause.
(xii) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition.
